Michael “Mickey” Dortch is a professionally trained chef with a culinary arts degree from Johnson and Whales University Charlotte. More importantly, Mickey is a native to the bay area and has been an active member of the community his whole life.

Mickey knew his calling was serving others from the young age of 15 years old during his first job at Casper Corporation. Anyone who knows Mickey knows his passion and love for great food and serving others is his calling in life. Mickey’s Subs is the combination of 15+ years culinary experience and a taste of sandwich expertise the bay area has been missing.

Mickey has one goal: to serve you the best sandwich you’ve ever had.
